Dear Kourpo,
I'm sorry I sabotaged your drama piece. It was very undoubtfully wrong of me, and I apologise to you and Tran. But especially Tran, because he is awesome. He is the best guy I know and I'm pretty sure that if same sex marriages was legal in Australia, I would marry his brother...
Lots of Love,

Dowsie

we've been studying the running man by michael gerard bauer. the whole book is a metaphor and everything relates to silkworms. :| aha romeo and juliet was better than that

cat tasks a and b

Part A common assessment task

Line 98 to 149 Act1, scene 1
This scene I thought was a vital one to keep in the movie and in the play for it introduces Romeo and it does it in such a good way. This scene shows Romeos mysterious character well and with the conversation between Lord Montague, Lady Montague and Benvolio discussing him, it show that he wants to be alone and is showing that Romeo has a sense of being tired of his own company. The lighting in this scene is excellent for how it also po… Continue

culminating 1

As we all know the opening to Baz Luhrman Romeo and Juliet is very different to the first explanation of the story in William Shakespeare script. they both have very different fight scenes which changes your interpretation of the story very much. one seems to be a neighbor hood shoot out between some mindless thugs and the other is described as a blade fight just in a more realistic and believable manor considering its time. when watching the movie Romeo and Juliet the start to the film was so o… Continue

progress 7

currently in Romeo and Julliet i have experienced a very different form of shakespear. i have never read or watched a movie based clearly on tregity. i have found the characters also very interesting and have actully found the work very alien. for this is a piece that i am not very familiar with.

a very different form of text form shakespeare. this is one of the shakespeares i have read which does not really contain a very strong motivated character. it contains many and no each of these charac… Continue

reflection on oral presentation

During my work time with Nick Swan we made a lot of changes deciding how we were going to do our speech. We switched roles most the time wondering who was going to talk about the model and who was going to read out the constitution. i think that out work was good but we could have involved the model and the constitution more in our presentation

things i learned
that we should try using diagrams and other devices to help our presentation look more interactive and more visual. writing on the boar… Continue
