How does opening the play with a fight scene affect the audience? There are many reasons for why Shakespeare may have done this. As a class, I felt that everyone went pretty well. I felt that some groups sort of rushed their work, or didn't exactly do it to how it was mentioned in the Unit Plan, but all in all they were pretty good. While I was the audience, at no time did I feel that a presentation was boring, or something that I become distracted during the speech. Throughout the lesson (during the presentations) including my own, I learnt how to present speeches better. I learnt to be more engaging. When doing my own presentations, I learnt something about myself. I've learnt that since Yr7/8 I've become much better at presenting speeches. One hugh difference being I'm not really nervous. I attended camp from Monday to Friday, for me the experience was over all pretty good. There were times when it wasn't so enjoyable, but also times when it was fun to sit around and talk with everyone. Probably my most unenjoyable experience was the big walk on the Wednesday. When we were required to walk out of the Valley. There was the toughest time for me. As it was very painful, steep and tiring. Also not eating that morning only made things somewhat worst.
